He is the principal owner of P4 Health LLC\, which works with public health and managed care agencies nationwide.\n\n\nAfternoon Speaker: Melissa Howell\, MS\, MBA\, MPH\, RN\, REHS\nPresentation Title: In the Eye of the Storm: Local Health Officer Updates on Current Public Health Events \nMs. Howell\, Health Commissioner for Greene County\, is a well-known and distinguished public health leader. She is known for consistently translating vision to action and curriculum development. Ms. Howell has a long history of forging coalitions in unique and inventive ways\, to bring about change and amplify the impact initiatives have on the health and well-being of a community.
